About
Total Quality Media is a full service media company that works with wide variety of clients from different types of organizations. Our goal is to increase and enhance each client’s total online presence. TQM’s services include website design, online community management services, promotional videography and photography, social media/PR consulting, online marketing, and public workshops. While TQM mainly works with individual clients, we also invite agencies to partner with TQM to help their clients.
TQM is based in the beautiful area of Roanoke, Virginia, but we will work with clients from around the country. The Roanoke airport is only 10 minutes away from us, and your office is never more than a day away. TQM is ready to travel to any city or town in the country to discuss your project or train your staff.
Total Quality Media operates with three basic principles in mind:
1. Keep the client first
Customer service and complete satisfaction are what we aim for in every project. No matter how big or small the project, you come first. We are willing to communicate with you in any way, whether that’s over-the-phone or in person, no matter where your office may be. Please call us at 540-492-1102 or email at contact@totalqualitymedia.com
2. Use innovation for your benefit
We understand that there’s a bottom line and that your increased web presence is intended to benefit your organization. However, we believe the only way to achieve these results is to think outside of the box.
3. Understand each client’s personal goals
Any website, Facebook page, marketing campaign or other service that we offer is not for “client #120″, they are unique to your organization. We get to know you and your organization so our services can be tailored your organization’s mission plan and goals.
