Total Quality Media is ready to work for you and your clients. Our main goal in an agency or media contractor relationship is to exceed the expectations of your client and to make you look good. We understand that your reputation as well as your customer’s satisfaction is on the line at all times.

Even though you may only need a few of our services, please know that all of our services are available to you and your clients

We make these promises to our individual clients but rest assured we will always:

1. Be prompt

We know that our role may or may not be the focal point of your client’s project, but we know that no matter what, nothing slows an entire project like one person not doing his or her job on time. We will always be as prompt as we can to help your company complete the client’s project on time.

2. Be polite

It goes without saying that we will treat your client like our client during every possible interaction. We understand that we represent your company and we will represent you well.

3. Be flexible

We are not working on our schedule, we are working your schedule and the client’s schedule. We are willing to “roll with the punches” and take whatever role you want us to assume during the project.

All of our agency partners will work exclusively with Matt Burkhead, TQM’s founder, president and lead project manager.
