Your office has just hired a new employee, given social media responsibilities to someone inexperienced, or you would like an outsider’s opinion. We offer consulting services for these various reasons. TQM is willing to work part time in your office, training your newest employee or implementing a custom social media plan while educating your office on its merits.

Custom Plans

We create strategic call to action plans that implement social media usage in your office. TQM gets to know your organization and its goals for using social media while we create your plan.

In Person Implementation

This is close to our Community Management Services because of our hands on approach to implementing your plan. TQM takes it one step futher by being there in person to implement your social media plan. We are available for extended periods of time including 1-4 weeks. Longer periods can be negotiated.

Education

Like we mentioned earlier, TQM is ready to educate your newest employee or an existing set of employees on the recommended uses of social media communication. We create a custom lesson plan that closely mirrors your existing communications plan. We present these lessons either in person or via web conference.
