**Meet the Founder of TQM”
I’m Farhan Khokhar, the founder of Total Quality Media, and my entrepreneurial journey has been shaped by my experiences, my roots, and a burning desire to solve problems that others shouldn’t have to face. I started this company because, like many of you, I became frustrated with the process of setting up websites using traditional service providers. From juggling domain registrations to hosting, SSL certificates, and design, it felt like I was constantly being passed from one service to another, wasting time and energy on what should have been a seamless experience. I realized there had to be a better way—so I set out to create one.
That’s why I founded Total Quality Media in 2018. My goal was simple: to provide a one-stop solution where entrepreneurs and businesses could get everything they need for a professional online presence without the hassle. We take care of it all—website design, hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, and even migration—all in one place, without the headaches. I wanted to make sure others never had to go through what I did, wasting time navigating a maze of providers and services.
Entrepreneurship has always been in my blood. I watched my father work tirelessly in a blue-collar job, only to lose that job when corporate restructuring hit. It was a painful moment for our family, but it also lit a fire in me. I wanted to build something of my own, something that couldn’t be taken away. My mother’s unwavering support and resilience only strengthened my resolve to chase this dream. Their dedication and hard work were a constant reminder that success isn’t handed to you—you have to go out and make it happen.
I was born in Multan, Pakistan, and raised in Dayton, Kentucky, just outside Cincinnati. My parents were the definition of hard-working, and they inspired me to follow my own path. After graduating from Cincinnati State during a turbulent time—the 2007 real estate bust and subsequent stock market boom—I sharpened my web and graphic design skills at a startup in the transportation, real estate, and construction industries. That experience gave me the confidence to venture out on my own and launch Total Quality Media.
Since then, we’ve helped countless entrepreneurs and businesses grow, designing websites and software that foster stability and growth in an unpredictable world. But for me, this company is more than just a business—it’s a way to help others succeed. I believe that when we empower each other, we all rise. My goal is to ensure that every entrepreneur, no matter their background or resources, has the tools they need to thrive in the digital age. At Total Quality Media, we’re here to make that happen.
