Welcome to TotalQualityMedia.com. By subscribing to any of our website plans, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read carefully before completing your order.

1. Overview of Our Website Plans

Total Quality Media (“TQM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers monthly website subscription plans that include the design, setup, hosting, and maintenance of your business website.
Our available plans are as follows:

• Starter Plan – $99/month: Ideal for small businesses seeking a simple web presence. Includes 1–3 pages, basic SEO setup, secure domain hosting, and professional email.

• Professional Plan – $149/month: Includes up to 5–pages, custom design, SEO optimization, SSL certificate, domain hosting, and up to 1 business emails.

• Custom Plan – Starting at $149+/month: Fully tailored design and advanced features (e-commerce, booking, integrations, etc.) based on your project needs.

Each package includes the rental of the website, domain, SSL certificate, and maintenance and hosting services as long as your subscription remains active.

2. Subscription Agreement

By subscribing to a Total Quality Media website plan:

• You are entering into a monthly recurring subscription that automatically renews each billing cycle until canceled.

• You acknowledge that you are renting the website design, domain, hosting, SSL certificate, and related setup services from Total Quality Media.

• Your monthly fee covers the use, hosting, and maintenance of your site while your subscription is active.

This is not a one-time purchase — it is a subscription-based service.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All website files, hosting accounts, and domain registrations remain the property of Total Quality Media while your subscription is active.
You have full usage rights to your website and its content while subscribed. However:

• The website design, code, and hosting environment are owned by Total Quality Media.

• You retain ownership of your text, images, logos, and other original content that you provide.

4. Transfer & Buyout Policy

If you wish to transfer your website, domain, or hosting to another provider and take full ownership:

• A $499 transfer fee applies for all plans, including $99, $149, and custom packages.

• This fee covers administrative time, domain transfer setup, file migration, and account release.

After the transfer fee is paid and processed, Total Quality Media will release your domain and deliver all website files (where applicable) to you or your designated provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your website subscription at any time without penalty.

• There is no cancellation fee.

• Upon cancellation, your website and hosting will be deactivated at the end of your current billing cycle.

• If you wish to retain ownership of your domain and website design, you must pay the $499 transfer fee before cancellation takes effect.

To cancel, simply contact us at support@totalqualitymedia.com or submit a cancellation request via our client portal.

6. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed monthly via the billing method you provide.

• Failure to complete payment may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal of your website.

• Reactivation may require additional up to $249 fees for setup and restoration + Late fees of $9.99 per day

7. Service Modifications

Total Quality Media reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue any plan or feature at any time. Any major changes will be communicated to active subscribers in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Total Quality Media is not liable for loss of business, revenue, or data arising from service interruptions, hosting issues, or client-side errors.
We will make every reasonable effort to ensure uptime, security, and data integrity across all active client websites.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
